Hi. I've just started playing with this casino, known as...slotnuts.com. I deposited 40 and received and accepted the bonus on exception that I wager over $16.000USD. And I did that. I contacted customer services and asked them how much more I need to wager before the money becomes mine, and they said only another 90 dollars and what ever else was left I was able to withdrawal. I had just over 1300. So i continued to play until I got down to 1200 and then I made a withdrawal of the 1200.
So I contacted customer services again and they told me I had to get proof of ID like Licence, Address from a utility bill and the credit card from where the money was deposited from. Did all that. Sent all Documents and was told I had to wait 5-10 working days. They received them, 7 days later, but they didn't email me like I thought they were going to do. So I contacted them again and have to wait a further 5-10 working days for it to be processed..it has now been well over that. They keep telling me different things...like they don't have a time frame...they have a high volume of people making a withdrawal...not my problem about how many people are making withdrawals. I deposited...I played...I won...I withdrew....and now I expect to get paid.
Simple as that. Apparently these idiots don't think so. To me I don't think they have any money. They are frauds stealing from people. The only mistake I have made is not checking their website first before making the deposit. I asked them for their managers email and name. They said Oliver Curran at support@mightyslots.Com I emailed him and got an automated reply. The same reply I get when I email support@slotnuts I just want to get paid. I'm tired of all this run around. I really need this actually I demand I get the money owed to me. I've had enough of this.
