Slots Inferno Refuses to pay winnings by giving the same lame excuse time after time Internet

In November of 2015 I deposited money to try this online gambling site.  I am disabled and cannot get out to regular casinos.  To my surprise I won $2500.  I requested a cashout.   

I followed all instructions required to receive my winnings.   After a couple of weeks I received nothing and used live chat to inquire about my winnings.  I was told that they had so many winners that they were backed up.  The only timeframe they would give me is "soon."

Nine months later I still had not received my winnings.  I deceided to cancel the request and re-submit it.   I played some of the money but decided to cash out at $1200.00.  I thought perhaps it would be easier to request a lesser amount.  Once again two months have passed and I have not received my winnings.

Their customer service people lie every time contacted with promises to assist or send "reports" to the payment department to no avail.  This site is a scam and are leading clients on with false hope of receiving money and false advertising.  Thier site indicates that payouts take 7 to 10 days.

The authorities should stop this thievery and make them pay winners!
