SLR Motorsports unknown Refused to honor money back policy Tarpon Springs, Florida
Enhancement chip ordered from SLR Motorsports via the internet. Chip was installed but did not enhance performance. Often, the vehicle's performance was worse because of the chip.
SLR Motorsports was contacted for a return authorization number. There were several e-mails back and forth with them asking questions and me answering them. After a couple of days without hearing anything, I sent another e-mail demanding a return authorization number and have yet to hear from them.
