Complaint Review: Slumber Parties By Staci

Two weeks ago I reluctantly booked a "purse party" with "Slumber Parties by Staci" (serves the tri-state area!), who said that in return for hosting I'd get a free Coach dufflebag. I invited all my friends and family and bought all kinds of food and drinks for my party. She stayed in touch with me via email up until three days before the party, when she CONFIRMED she would be at my house Saturday night at 6pm.

Saturday rolled around and I began growing concerned when 6pm rolled around and my guests arrived, and she didn't. I called her about 7 times and she never answered her phone. I left three messages and we waited for OVER AN HOUR for her to show up. Needless to say, my guests left disappointed and I was angry that she didn't have the decency to even call me.

The next morning I still hadn't heard from her, after emailing and calling, so I called her on my house phone, which she didn't have the number for. She still did not answer, but minutes after I hung up the phone she called me back and when I answered the phone all I heard was voices in the background, and no one would reply. WHAT A COWARD!

So she decided to ditch my party that I spent a load of money and time on, and then avoided me like a snotty teenager! I don't want any reimbursements, I just want other people to know what she's like before they make the same mistake I did.
