Complaint Review: SM Distributors

On 7 Aug 02, I ordered an item (Memory Foam Pillow) online through SM Distributors. I received a confirmation E-mail of the order (order #17708). The company charged my debit card on 9 Aug 02, for a total of $26.90. On 25-26 Aug 02, I phoned the company, because I have not received my order. I was hung up on twice. On the third call, the woman told me that the order would ship out the next week. After several E-mails to the company with no response, I phoned them on 20 Sep 02, to find out the status of my order. The woman (she refused to give me her name), informed me that the shipment was returned back to them as 'undeliverable'. That is a lie, because the address that they have on file is the correct address (I had the woman reapeat it back to me), so I find it hard to believe that they even attempted to deliver the merchandise. As of 2 Oct 02, I have not received the merchandise, and have not received a credit to my debit card.
