Complaint Review: Small People Preschool Greenway

Jody Clute agrees to hire “ExpertsAz, LLC” for their expert services and agree to pay them in accordance with their 01/01/2024 Fee Schedules. The service rates are based on port to port, and no millage or fuel surcharge will be added. The extent of our work is based on our knowledge of this project, and the experience that has been outlined in the C/V that was previously sent to them.

Jody Clute is requesting the following initial expert services from ExpertsAz.  ExpertsAz are to review all documents and photos being sent to them in preparation for the June 3, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Administration Hearing.  Their work will be expanded on once all of the above documentation has been reviewed.

ExpertsAz will also investigate any and all areas of poor workmanship, include all construction defect, and all areas where the builders did not following the plans and specifications.

It is understood that ExpertsAz services will be interrupted if deposit(s) is not replenished when requested. It is the obligation of Jody Clute who is requesting our services to promise that we will be paid in accordance with our agreement. 

On 06-02-2024, a 7 page expert report was completed and presented along with: 28 detailed exibits, Including 261 photos printed for the court hearing. All total 250 pages, plus full sets of plans.

I Created and printed 4 complete set of exhibits to be used at the 06/03/20244 hearing, but I never was called.  This hearing ended at 5:00 pm.   The judge then had to reschedules the hearing to continue on 08/29/2024.    

As of 06/04/2024, Jody owes me $13,843.75, plus my continued time in putting together my report and exhibits for the collection of my continued services that will be ongoing until paid in full.
