Smart Center Laguna Niguel Sold my Smart Car to Someone Else before I Even Had a Chance To Go Down to the Dealership to Buy It!
They sent me an email (as you can see below) stating that my Smart Car will be ready and Dean Terrones will keep me advised on when I should go down to Smart Center Laguna Niguel to pick it up.
Exactly 4 days after I received the 1 and only email from Smart Center Laguna Niguel I received a call from Smart Car USA asking me why I never down to Smart Center Laguna Niguel to pick up my car. I explained to them that I am still waiting for Dean Terrones from Smart Center Laguna Niguel to contact me. The person at Smart Car USA told me that Smart Center Laguna Niguel had SOLD my Smart Car that I have been WAITING for was SOLD! He mentioned that Smart Center Laguna Niguel had sent me a few emails and tried calling me a few times and I had not responded to them.
Basically I just want everyone to know how Smart Center Laguna Niguel RIPPED me off by SELLING the Smart Car out from under me that I had been WAITING FOR OVER A YEAR TO BUY to someone else!!!!
The only reason any dealership would to something like this is because they had a customer that wanted a Smart Car just like the one I had ordered and by not having one on the floor they ended up selling my Smart Car that I had put in order over.
I called Mark J. Derengowski who is the General Manager of Smart Center Laguna Niguel Many Times and he didn't Even have the DECENCY or the BALLS to call back and try to find me another Smart Car.
I have contacted my Lawyers and in-fact I do have a case to file with them. The reason that I was Buying the Smart Car was only for advertising purposes. Being that I own a successful Advertisement Firm in OC I will make it my Passion to Advertise to Everyone on the Internet How I was RIPPEDOFF by Smart Center Laguna Niguel and Mark J. Derengowski.
