Smart Certify Courses and Misinformation given to me.

Around Jan or Feb 2004 I was slated to start classes with SmartCertify. I was contacted by a Representative because I told them of my computer knowledge. The representative seemed to be pushy, and rude, and used high pressure tactics to lure me into taking courses with them, and I had to pay $2000 out of pocket.

I was told to take the Network+ Test First. Which didnt make much sense to me at the time when your suppose to take A+ first. Next I was told to lower all security on my computer (Remove Norton Antivirus and spyware protection). During this time my computer was hacked over 20 times. When I went to take the test, I was told if I failed I would recive "FULL REFUND" of all the $2000 I paid out. Then they turn to me stating that they 'recorded' my conversation with them, and I did not agree on anything and I would only get the refund of the exam.

I believe I was misled and scammed and I would like to be placed on the same class action lawsuit against Smart certify.
