Hello All to Whom it may concern.

Yesterday after receiving an email from Jason Shields, I thought it was worth posting. Also before I post it I have read this forum. I cannot find out how to contact anyone on it. If you are interested in joining a class-action law suit against Smart Certify please contact me. We can get this done, we really can.

This is what Mr. Shields told me regarding this forum and others like it. With regard to the report at the BBB, if you read carefully, you will see that the majority of the complaints were resolved and it is noted that the company took the appropriate action in each case. A complaint filed with the BBB holds no merit to the facts. SmartCertify investigates these claims and provides the BBB factual evidence to prove the matter in a neutral arena.

The BBB also clarifies that the consumer take into consideration how large the company is in comparison to complaints filed. In our case, we currently train well over 2.5 million consumers world-wide. When comparing that number to the amount issues addressed with the BBB (and given that the majority were resolved), our integrity and ethic are not indicative of an injustice.

The entities that you mentioned as a source for your investigation, such as public forums (message boards), do not investigate the validity of claims/allegations made by the writer. The fact of the matter is that SmartCertify has not engaged in any illegal activities or injustice or fraud. SmartCertify is approaching a point whereas to pursue the few individual parties who have decided to post fabrications and gross misrepresentation of fact on the web. This action of posting false information relates not only to an unethical and misleading motive but more importantly pertains to a person deliberately thwarting and using defamation tactics which are illegal actions.

The public message boards have no control of parties posting false information. There is no mediation or investigation to reveal evidence. As a matter of our own investigation, these postings contain fabricated allegations and accusations which have no merit. The point is that these are posted by individuals who have not complied with the refund policy and were denied a refund as their requests did not comply with the terms therein. Personal campaigns out of spite ensued as a result wherein fabrications are made seemingly to increase credibility of these individuals' personal cause.

Mr. Shields does not have his head screwed on right of course. Can you believe he says what we are doing on this board is illegal. I don't guess Smart Certify beleives in freedom of speech. Maybe we should send them down to Cuba. They are close enough to it anyways.

It also obevous that Mr. Shields does not relize the refund policy is basically illegal. But legal enough to count as being legal sadly enough to say. Mr. Shields says nothing regarding the quality of Smart Certify products whitch of course we all know they have no quality. Smart Certify brillantly created a system where they steal people's money by using their refund policy as a way to do it. Have you ever noticed that there contract says nothing about the quality of the product. How crafty is that. All the contract says is once you sign it we have your money and after you sign the contract they treat you like a peice of dirt.

I wanted to reveal the great mulipilation of the sales team at Smart Certify.

Hi Matthew,
We need to talk again,I don't understand why you would go through financial aid if you are just interested to see how it works. We agreed that there was nothing else stopping you from using this instead of collage. Now if this does go past today I am unable to offer you the price for the program.
Jeremy.

This statement was a flat out lie. Jeremy came back and offered me the same price the next day. That should have been a red flag for me right there. Jeremy is a lair as well as all of the smart certify team. As you can see I was starting to back off at this point. Boy had a wished I could just said no.

Hi Matthew,
You didn't have a hard time responding before we got you approved. Now that I have a line of credit out and no agreement back, I have to say this was not expected, I feel like it was my fault for helping with the money and you not being ready to pull the trigger to get it done. So you know that each course has it's own price I will make more when you buy one at a time here is the list and prices.
Jeremy

I was backing off at this point. Then Jeremy played his slick word game and got me back in the trap.

Hi Mathew,
Unless I was Martha Stuart I couldn't get the NASDAQ to lie. A publicly traded company has share holders that need to be made happy by us meeting our numbers. When you have 4 hurricanes keeping you out out the office its kind of hard to meet your weekly number. So when You have a legit company in a defecate cause of lost days, we tend to have blow out specials like every product we have for ONE enrolment that is 50% less than ONE course. What time can we talk.

Sincerely,
Jeremy

Jeremy is one of the most deceptive sales people I have ever met now that I look back at things. It was lie after lie after lie with no remorse. I don't know how Jeremy sleeps at night.

Again if you are interested in being invovled in a class action law suit against these nobody's please contact me and we can get this done.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

Smart Certify Does Not respond to comments to get copy taped phone conversation calls

Hello,

I thought you might find this very interesting. Smart Certify or Mr. Jason Shields will not respond to any emails regarding getting copy's of the sales calls when Jeremy was calling me.

Any legitment company would be willing to work with you regarding hearing those calls. This time I will not go though the trouble of copy and pasting the emails out. However regarding the getting the tapes of the phone coversations he totally ignored them in the emails.

I certainly hope he understands that he can and will get sued for not sending me a copy of those tapes.

I also have been sending this company emails though different email addresses and using different names and because my town has many Wi-Fi hot spots different ISP's. Smart Certify is good with ISP's. They know who you are, I guess they would have to since they are scam artest.

But regardless of that I have done this about ten times now and have gotten a really good track record on there sales team. They always tell you every single time they have a special for this week. Then they go into how good it is and that the prices just last for that week and then they will go back up, yeah right :)Then they will typically always give you a dead line as to when the sales ends. However this dead line is always more less a prank or a way to push you into the sale while it still lasts. As said I have gone under different names and different ISP's, I found out since of course I have been talking to different salesmen that sometimes that dead line varies in as in a little as a day's time.

If you tell them you are really interested then sometimes that dead line is that day. If you tell them you are kind of interested it is within that week. If tell you them you are half way interested it is with in that month.

I felt really ripped off though by doing this as I had them offer it to me as for as little as $1800 and I paid $2100 for it.

But again I think this proves it is a scam any legitment business would keep there prices pretty much the same. As said in prevous posts they get what they think they can get out of you.

Anyways to any of you who are thinking of buying this software don't. You can learn this stuff for soooooo much cheapter with so much higher quality products that you can buy in any local software store. The training software is so worthlesses that it doesn't even compare to maybe even on the most cheapest and lowest quality educational software out there. It honesty is worth about $10, if that.

Smart Certity are scam artest and they know it. If they had any legitmecy to them they would let me hear the tapes of sales calls when Jeremy called me.

Another thing as well, they do really get you if you go the fininching route though GE Care Credit. If you ask me GE is just as corrupt as Smart Certify, that is probably why they work togather well. I was going to dispute my purchase with them, however if you read the fine print on the statement it says. This regarding disputing your purchase and refunds.

"You have this protection only when you purchase price was more than $50 and the purchase was made in your home state or within 100 miles of your mailing address."

You must understand that GE Care Credit is a health care company so in a since this makes since. You typically are not going to have health care work done more than 100 miles away from home.

However since Smart Certify operates over the Net, basically all of their custmors with maybe few expecations are at least 100 miles away from them, so once they make a sale and sign you up with the GE Care Credit it is basically impossible for you to dispute your purchase with GE since Smart Certify is at least 100 miles away from all of us. So basically you cannot even dispute your purchase with Care Credit.

The best way to get at these people is though the legal system. However even then it is diffecult since they really do have a product and yes it is hard to prove that even though it is a product, that it is a illegimate product.

So the best way to get at them is to find another issue, such as why won't they release a copy of the sales phone converations they had with you. You have real legal standing there. Then as that is revealed then I am sure though the progress of progression many other things will also come out and be revealed as well.

Matthew,
I was also ripped-off by this company. They flat-out lied to me and said their curriculum for the MCSE was "Microsoft Authorized."

I noticed you live in Oklahoma as well.
