Complaint Review: Smart Credit Management Group

Smart Credit Management Group Pay's creditors late, ripsoff, upfornt fees, sits on money paid for 2 weeks or more. Poor customer service, Roswell Georgia

I was put into a situation where I was late on my bills and was drowing in debt I found Kimberly credit int eh internet and they conviced me debtcredit counsuling was the way to go .. Bad mistake they required an upfront deposit me not being to intelligent in these types of companies agreed. They paid the debt pretty much on time for about a year and a half I had to contact them with times they bounced a check short paid a couple of my accounts but when it really fell apart is when they changed their name to Smart credit.

I could never contact anyone they were taking money from my checking account early paying my bills late I stopped them from taking money from my account in April of 2003 and sending it directly to them in more than enough time for them to pay the bills and that made thind worse.
They sat on the money for an average of 2-4 weeks with lame excuses if any. I finally gave up in August when none of my July bills were paid and my creditors were calling me at home wondering what the problem was.

I tried the BBB of Georgia NO help Smart Credit's reply was they did no wrong so I get no 779.00 refund. I want people to know not to use this company that it is a rip-off and if they pay the money up front they are held hostage to never leave or forfit your money as I had to.
