In debt, decided to let SCMG help us out. They were alright at first, but after the first 2 years or so, payments started to show up late. Over the last six months, we got the BBB involved and that actually helped. We got them involved in November and in December of 05, there wasnt one late payment. But after that, it went back to the same old thing. We are contunually 2-3 months behind on our credit card, and all they can say is were monitoring the situation. It doesnt take us 3 weeks or more to get a payment credited to an account, but it does them. As of April 28, 06 we still have 3 credit cards with balances on them. They sent out a final payment to all of our creditors on April 10th, and as of April 14th two of them are paid. That leaves 3 that still havent gotten a payment. Thats over 3 weeks. If I were you I would be very cautious about using SCMG services. It seems to me that they help at first and after they have your money, they start to make late payments hoping youll just quit. That way they can just keep your initial payment. But were not giving up yet. We once again got the BBB involved and will coninue to call daily to get this resolved.

Longer story shorter, We paid an initial payment of $717.00 that was suposed to be refunded upon completion of the program. Well we completed the program over 3 months ago and was told that it would take 90 to 180 days for a refund. After the 90 days we called them and were told that they didnt have the money and didnt know if they were going to be able to refund our money. Something about new rules about Not for Profit organizations. I say a deal is a deal. Now my new sugestion is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... ITS NOT WORTH IT....
