Smart GPS Backpack Fraudulently Used Stolen Credit Card for Services Rendered Clearwater Florida
Smart GPS Backpack and it's directors, Salvatore Chiechi,Trish Best, and someone by the name of Dave, entered into a 3 month online advertising contract in October, 2013 with our company. The last month's payment as declined whereby they provided another credit card to use.
Unfortunately, we received notice from American Express that the credit card charged was reversed as the credit card holder was not affiliated with their company in any fashion. The credit card was stolen.
We attempted to reach out to Smart GPS Backpack on numerous occassions to inform them of the fraud and did not receive any response. Please beware of doing any business with this company.
