Off Grid Solar Inc. - Jim Mckirdy President - Ronald W Kilpatrick CEO and front man attorney Hugh E. Hackney at Smart Grid Solutions, Inc. watch out for these characters, the other Solar company names they go under scamming people in Florida, California and Texas, investors, businesses, and homeowners. Jim Mckirdy aka Jim McCurdy aka James McCirdy aka Jim McCitdy and Ronald W Kilpatrick are drug addicts that are scamming investors and buyers with their Solar Farm deals that never get built, scamming people out of money to pay their gambling debts and their full time hired prostitutes. I worked for Off Grid Solar and Smart Grid Solutions same people same company. I was told we were providing Solar services and discounts to low income homeowners that needed off-grid power to save them money. Nice idea but just the tip of the iceberg,
In the beginning everything seemed to be legitimate and they really sounded convincing, after a sex and drug orgy I witnessed, I did my research online and found them to be flim-flam men, con artists, and when I submitted a few potential deals and soon learned nothing was being done to help my clients except steal their money. I observe outrageous behavior from Jim Mckirdy and the manager Ronald W Kilpatrick. I found drug devices used to snort cocaine and other narcotics were visible and their constant switch and bait routine with clients. I came into the office late one night to get my cellphone charger, when to my shock there was a party going on with many bottles of booze, alcoholic drinks, drugs laid out on a coffee table, and a sexual orgy going on with several woman dancing in just their bras and panties and a strange looking Buddhist Monk named s**+, Jim Mckirdy and Ronald W Kilpatrick they were wasted and invited me in to join them while they were drinking, using drugs with prostitutes in the office. They grab me and began to sexually molest me I pushed them away yelling and screaming at them so they would let me go. Im an attractive 25 year old woman, but this behavior would never interest me, I was disgusted with these degenerates, and so outraged which their filth, I quite immediately, and began doing something I should have done when I was first hired a few months ago.
So I began researching each of these guys and to my horrified findings there are thousands of articles on Jim McKirdy which are all about his scams, liars, and Film-Flam business deals. I could not believe it until I actually saw it all on Google, complaint after complaint about them. I had to get away from them right away with ALL the horrible lies, they tell their wives and unsuspecting clients and investors. How can people cheat and lie for a living year after year and get away with their fraudulent deals and their addictive drug behavior. I even found out online in local newspapers that Ronald W Kilpatrick and his Buddhist Monk were with prostitutes in Las Vegas, where they have incorporated their business Smart Grid Solutions, Inc

My name is Lee Brown and I do know a Ronald W. Kilpatrick. He lives in California. He is happily married, a health food nut and an accountant. He is a mild mannered 5'6" gentleman rancher in his mid-late 60s and does not do drugs.
Why my and my wife's names are even mentioned in this article I am not sure. I had never heard of "Off Grid Solar" until I was directed to this scam-slam (article) by a friend. And, just because we know a Ron Kilpatrick, that fact, in itself, makes us guilty of nothing and gives you NO REASON to link us with your Ron Kilpatrick.
We've known our Ron for 8-10 years, seen him in person 3 or 4 times and consulted with him on dozens of occasions by phone and email. I/we have always known him to be an honest and straightforward person of honorable intent and character.
Where, and/or why, and/or how the person who wrote this article managed to link my wife and I to this article's Ronald W. Kilpatrick I do not know. As DeLand, Florida is only 20 or so miles from our home, and Port Orange just down the street a mile or so, I am sure that our Ron would have dropped by or at least given us a phone call if he was in the vicinity. He has not.
And, after you witnessed a sex and drug orgy (How did you witness it by the way? Were you involved in it? Was "our" Ron there?, or just "a" Ron?) you then got "curious" and checked out your employer and somehow found my wife and my names connected to, or associated with, a Ron Kilpatrick, and then, without any further investigation, you added our names to your rant like they were important to your story or something.
If you found our names so easily, how is it that you did not contact us personally. Our address and phone numbers are easy enough to find and probably in that information you found on the Web, and we live just down the road a mile or so from what seems to be your employer's Port Orange address. Wouldn't you at least have wanted to talk to us, ask us questions, or something?!
Before you go around making assumptions and accusations, and linking people you do not know together like they were all part of a crime syndicate or worse, please, get your facts straight. It took me 64 years to earn my reputation and I do not desire to have it ruined by some pi_ _ed off individual with a grudge against someone and who didn't even have it together enough to go straight to the Police with his evidence or assertions of a crime being committed.
Your information about Off Grid may be right on the money, but your adding our names to your article was WRONG, and I believe COWARDLY.
