Complaint Review: Smart Key Properties Review - SmartKeyProperties.com Review -

In their first reply to this report they wrote "we don't charge $300-500 For ANYTHING".  This was a lie which can be seen in the video proof.

They wrote this despite the FACT they had 2 payment plans for credit repair on thier site.  See this youtube video: youtube.com  / watch?v=-7inrWw3MbE (if link does not show search "SmartKeyProperties Review" on youtube to find it).

In this video, you can see SmartKeyProperties charging $400 and $500 upfront (with a NO REFUND POLICY) on their site.  

Since this report was posted the company removed these 2 plans.  Now they have only one payment option for $200.  This is listed on their site under "Credit Assistance".  What a joke! It can be seen here: smart key properties . com / plans  (DO NOT PAY THEM FOR CREDIT REPAIR).

NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE

They claim they are licensed real estate professionals?  Then why isn't even one name or license number listed on their own website. 

In the last reply they claimed "OUR LICENSES ARE PUBLIC RECORD"?   This is another joke.  Public record? Really?  Where are these licenses posted?  They aren't posted on your company website? 

What are the names of the licenses real estate agents, borkers, or Realtos?  Also not posted on your company website. This information is ALWAYS  posted on the site of ANY REPUTABLE real estate professional along with their name.  But this company doesn't provide this basic information.

SmartKeyProperties is soliciting the public to buy and sell real estate on their website but they don't have any license information listed on the site.   Thats outrageous and is more evidence this company is not the type of company you want to use. This is just more shady business from SmartKeyProperties.

 YES, CT you called our company several times asking for money and stating you work for rip off report. LIAR. Funny thing is, you're the one who placed the initial post! Our company just opened 3 months ago. We've had 6 real estate deals in 3 months AND NO ONE COMPLAINED. You have never done business with us, but took the time to try to defame our company.

At least Google verifies that a poster used a service. CT KNOWS goes around looking at web sites still in progress of being built, posts all kinds of fake stuff about lack of license WHEN OUR LICENSES ARE PUBLIC RECORD, then calls us 5 times, even after being asked to stop. That's called harassment. Never dreamed a real estate license would be catalyst for online and phone harassment from a California scam artist.

CT, please go find another new small business to try to ruin since you have so much time on your hands. I imagine you are in a basement somewhere scouring the net, trying to make a buck. Never met you, never did business with you. This is defamation, pure and simple. Not sure why CT has it out for us, but our customers are happy and we will continue to provide top notch service. CT, when you're ready to come out of moms basement and buy a house.....don't call us.

Obviously you do not have the ability to understand how complete work on the Internet.   I’m sure that you do not understand how reputation companies work yes you’re going to get phone calls and emails of people promising that they can remove whatever is been posted on Rip Off Report they are the scammers 

 I tried to call you twice to explain to you what can happen when you get negative reviews to pop up with various SearchIt chance but you did not want to listen to me thinking that I was a scammer obviously you are in over your head you have no  clue of what’s going on when it comes to review sites 

 You will more than likely get a lot more people contacting you telling you that they can remove negative reviews and complaints off of the first page of Google continue to deal with them because you’re not willing to listen to the information I was willing to bring to you 

 I’m sorry that you’re going to get these type of phone calls and emails learn to deal with it 

I NEVER contacted this company about any reputation management service.  I never contacted them at all about this report.  I found a company promoting a shady practice so I posted it here. 

The good news is it seems this review has worked (sort of). The company removed the plans charging $400 and $500.

I created a video showing the SmartKeyProperties.com website with the 2 Credit Repair plans that were posted on the site.  One plan was $400.  The other was $500.  The video was recoreded yesterday (November 8, 2017).  

Today the company removed these "Credit Repair Plans". They are no longer soliciting $400-$500 for a credit repair service.

They changed the cost to $200.  Still a joke.  Do not pay this fee.

Not only can you see the 2 plans, but I went to their FAQ section to show the NO REFUND policy on the credit repair service.   I also recorded 2 other sites where they were promoting the same credit repair plans at $400 and $500.  

Lesson to learn: Do NOT trust a company that asks for fees in return for a credit repair service.  Simply contact a local Realtor or Mortgage professional and explain your situation.  They can help you AT NO COST.   No reputable Realtor or morgage professional would no charge this type of fee. 

 This is an obvious scam post. 5 minutes after this was posted, we received 4 emails from gmail addresses asking us to PAY to have it removed. This scam poster never used any real estate service provided; this is basically extortion and rip off report is allowing it . Smart Key Properties is a licensed real estate brokerage, not a credit repair service. Smart Key is owned by a licensed real estate broker and licensed mortgage loan officer with 21 years experience. Credit assistance is offered to those who are purchasing homes, period. This scam poster went through a lot to tarnish the name of a small business THEY NEVER solicited . All so they could send spam to our email box to try to get a buck. We have no negative reviews anywhere. Since rip off report allows any lie to be posted, here's our first one. Based completely on lies--- review says we are not licensed and to seek a licensed real estate or mortgage pro.....geez. Exactly what we are. Yes, we use wix and zoho, like thousands of other businesses. Yes, we have only one review on FB. Client was nice enough to put it there even though they only use FB for gaming. And we don't charge $300-500 For ANYTHING. Our site clearly states we are a licensed real estate brokerage, but this poster claims it does not. Remarkable. This poster went through a lot to discredit a small business that recently formed.

Here you can see they are trying to charge fees for CREDIT REPAIR.  

If you need credit repair do not pay for it.  Contact a local and reputable Realtor or Mortgage professional.  They can help provide credit repair at no cost.
