This company run by walter valladares and also javier galvez is a big SCAM. Stay away from this company they do not know what they doing. Depending on who you talk too they can charge up to $20000. They stole $7000 from me and charged me for a balloon payment when I received a "modification". They never helped me receive a good modification and the bank told me it was a streamlined modification, meaning they did nothing! for my case. I am rely dispointed in this company they scam me becase i dont speak english ok. I hope the police shut this office down.
