This company should be shut down by the utilities commission. It uses slamming to get new customers which is illegal. Their method is to have a cold caller speak to you so quickly and with such a heavy accent that one has a hard time understanding them. They either misrepresent themselves as the utility company you are already with or speak so quickly using their own company name and then use your utility's name that you think it is someone from your own company. Then they ask for the account number to put you in the cheaper program which is a red flag but if you are not familiar with slamming, you may not understand that they can then switch your service over without your true permission.

This company is based out of New York but clearly their staffing their cold callers from India and instructing them to speak very quickly. Normally, I find the customer service in India uses well-modulated speakers and they are always very polite. These people are neither. When I called their customer service and got "Jason Smith" with a strong Hindi accent, I asked him if that was his real name. He got very unfriendly to which I told him in Hindi that he was telling "jhoot," -a lie. Anyway, this company clearly has a criminal mission in mind if they train Indians to be rude in order to get customers. Don't have anything to do with them and if you do have such an encounter, please contact your state utilities commission and put them out of business. I am all for competition, but this kind of illegal, unregulated ripoff stuff needs to be stopped.
