Smart Service My Service Depot, IFleet refuse to give full refund, 30 day money back guarantee is a fraud. Lewis Center Ohio

We purchase Smart Service with the IFleet package about 2 weeks ago. I did lots of research and watch many videos. Once we decided to make the purchased we found on their website that they have a 30 day money back guarantee so that put our minds at ease that if we didn't like it we would have a money back option.

We moved forward and purchased the system for over $5,000. We had it installed and I decided before I had them call me and do a long training on all the "different" things this system could do I wanted to aquaint myself with this system. The installer showed me around a little bit so I knew the basic operation. Once I started to use the IFleet portion of the software I found that it didn't do all that I needed. I have a very involved Owner plus a Service Manager. BOth of whom are out in the field everyday...all day. When we found out that through IFleet thay could not view or change the other technicians schedules this created a problem. I talked to Rick Driskill who sold me this program and he told me we could link it through google calenders and they could at least view the calls. This was not going to help. My manager needs to update and change schedules at all time. Then my on call technicians over the weekend could not add calls to there schedule. It just was making our jobs a lot harder. I am in the office durning the days and if I have to leave for any reason there was no mobility for someone else in the field to take over which we thought this system had an amazing mobile option through IFleet.

After thought and discussion of what we could do to work around this we came to the conclussion that we jsut could not make this system work for us.  I contacted the company to see what I needed to do to get my money back for the software and was told that they could only refund me &1,300. What!? I couldn't understand how I could not get a full refund? They have a money back gaurantee but they don't plan on giving you squat back! I was informed that I could talk to a manager but have not heard back yet. I could understand if they wanted to charge me for one license that was used when IFleet was put on my ipad (which to me is still ridiculous) but I could possibly understand that. I plan on getting every penny back at this point. This is only my first stop. I want to warn people out there that this service could be really great for some companies but I think they are just out to screw people over. I hope this stops at least one person from making this mistake.
