I have been a customer of Smart & Sexy lingerie and swimsuits for years... they are sold thru Wal Mart and on line... Wal Mart never has the size or color I want so the alternative is to buy on line... EXCEPT that is a very difficult thing to do, especially when you are trying to participate in a sale...this is the third time I have had a major problem with their on line sales...

This time the offer was $10 off for a purchast of $35 or more + free shipping...they supply a code to enter to get the deal. When you go to place the order the code comes up as "not a valid code" If you email a copmpaint they will wait till the sale if off, then then you the sale is over and yave have to pay full price.. When you call about it, you are in for no less than an hour of being shunted from electronic list to electronic list... If you DO get a human they will not make the problem right... this morning i spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get this right...  It is an ongoing scam with these people to offer deals on which they have no intention of making good.

I have had this problem now three different times over the past few years, and have NEVER gotten the promotion they offer... NEVER... This is a scam, bait and switch, false advertising, and since it is across state lins probably a violation of ICC and USPS rules...  I fail to understand why a national company chooses to play games with customers who are literally standing in on on line with money in hand TRYING TO BUY their merchandise... They are saving ten bucks and "earning" millions in bad publicity and lost customers. If it were a one time occurrance, I would chalk  it up to a glitch in their system, but it has happened EVERY time they offer a sale...
