I was promised a refund of 3000$,after Dr.Solomon didn't want to pursue my surgery, because of complications with epinephrine. I was told to reschedule or get a refund, but when we tried to reschedule, he didn't want to do the procedure. There were several remarks made about the amount I was quoted, I was later told my Mike in management, that my consultant was leaving and she was giving low prices to every one. Bottom line no surgery or no refund, and the company now has a for rent sign. They started closing early and stopped answering the phone
