Complaint Review: Smart Shapes

Last year 2014, I decided to finally get liposuction and did a lot of reseach on Doctors that perform that service and i ended up finding Smart shapes In Brandon, Fl. Which i chose this company due to the information i found about the Doctor there, which was that he had worked as the personal Doctor to President Reagon along with a few other Presidents when they would travel on their AIRFORCE ONE plane. As well he was the personal doctor to one of the secretary of defense at the pentagon but i dont know who it was exactly. I actually did find all this info. about the Doctor and it was not just things tht the doctor told me. he actually was surprised when i told him that i found that info. and said that i must have really DONE MY HOME WORK because no one has ever found that before.

i decided to get some liposuction done and a few other procedures which i paid for upfront. i was able to get a few of the procedures done, but then i had to put a few of the other ones off due to a family member passing away. so when i came back and was ready to continue on with the rest of my procedures i found that all the staff members were new people. so i called a few times asking about the procedures which they did schedule a procedure for me and then they called me and left me a message that they had to cancel that procedure because the time that it was scheduled for, which was 4:00pm was not gonna work, and that was it. 

i called several times and spoke with a few different employees, Carmen, Tanya, Mike and i would ask about what the problem is with getting my procedures done and all i got from everyone was one excuse after the other, so i gave up and told them to just refund the money i had already paid back in December 2014. each person i spoke to said ok, we will get that done for you. time would go by and nothing, so i would call again and then i started calling constantly and never got any kind of refund and it is now october 2015. 

well i called this past week and come to find out that the number has been disconnected. then i found an article from someone else that went to the other location in Clearwater and she had the exact same thing happen to her as i did, it was identical right down to no one answering the phones any more at the office she went to and the office i went to in brandon. so when i saw her complaint, then i knew for sure, that i was never gonna get a dime back of any of the money for the procedures that i never received.
