On Mar 23rd 2012 a person (unknown) called regarding a Walmart $100.00 prepaid "gift card". I supidly gave informattion including my okay to charge me $5.09 for postage for the card, to be delivered in 5-7 days.  Have never seen it yet.  That amt was ripped of.  Then to my surprise when my bank statement came in, there was a charge for $2.95 for Smart Shopper Savings Plan, which I did not order or know about.  I have tried unsuccessfully to reach those people by phone, the latest of 9 calls indicating "there will be a 1 hr. waiting period".  I'm 81 yrs. old, cannot just wait, have things to do.   I wish this amount to be returned to my checking account immediately if not sooner.  I'm on a very fixed income and cannot afford such stealth from my money.  This is unfair and unconsciounable for anyone to do this, even though it it sales.  It ought to be against the law to stalk and confuse seniors, let alone steal from those who don't have any money to begin with. Thank you for reading this.  Joyce Toney
