Complaint Review: Smart Shoppers USA in Phoenix Arizona

Got a call to complete a survey and receive a $100 voucher from Walmart, Target, or Walgreens.  Asked for my credit card or debit card number for the $4.95 shipping cost.  I asked for the web address of their business and rep gave smartshppersusa.com which brought up nothing.  I told rep that did not bring up a legitimate web address. Then rep said to look up Smart Shoppers USA in Phoenix Arizona.  It pulled up this site which listed it as a scam.  I told the rep that it listed their business as a rip off.  She forwarded my call to her manager.  A man got on the phone and said look up Smart Shoppers USA and Better Business Beaureu because their business would be listed.  I pulled up BBB.org and again, no such business.  He said if I believed this to be a scam then we could end the call and he would put my number on the NO CALL list.
