I ordered two Smart Spin systems (which included the "double your order" offer) and two more systems at a reduced price of $14.99 over the phone on January 31, 2005. I was told I would receive my order in 4-6 weeks.

To date, it has been 11 weeks and I have received nothing, although my credit card payment was charged on April 4, 2005.

I have attempted to call dozens of times and get constant busy signals. I am reporting this company to my state's Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Division and recommend that others with this problem do the same.
