Complaint Review: smart start interlocks

 Driving is a PRIVILAGE and NOT a right. YOU had to have this device installed BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF DRUNK DRIVING!!!! SO tell us ALL again HOW this company is a monster because YOU have to use the device?? Maybe YOU should address YOUR drinking problem BEFORE you go WHINING about their device. YOU wouldn't have this device if YOU didn't get CONVICTED of DRUNK DRIVING!!! NO RIPOFF HERE!!!!! I DOUBT highly that YOU even had the vehicle towed!!! YOU would have been given a receipt when YOU paid for it. YOU can take a bus to the tow yard or have someone who HAS NOT been convicted of drunk driving drive you there to get one. But YOU haven't done that have YOU??

So odds are that means that YOU ARE LYING to get something for FREE!!!! YOU try and place YOUR personal issues and schedule issues on THEM but the reality is that YOU wouldn't have this nor have the issue if YOU gave two shakes of a rats a*s about the OTHER people on the road. Once a drunk, ALWAYS a drunk. Maybe YOU should truly take stock of YOUR personal drinking problem. THEY have given YOU a chance to get back on the road and enjoy the PRIVILAGE of driving again. I swear!! The sheer self entitlement that YOU are displaying really makes me SICK!!!

YOU put other peoples lives IN DANGER by drinking and driving yet because YOU are inconvenced because the device isn't working correctly, YOU feel the need to blast THEM online while TOTALLY negating and dodging the crime that got you into this mess. Truly disgusting. And I don't care WHAT you USED to do. NOW YOU are just a drunk who got lucky enough to NOT kill anyone. Get over it AND yourself. NO RIPOFF HERE!!! Just a drunk that's mad that their PRIVILAGE to drive is hindered by the device their DRUNK DRIVING CONVICTION garnered them. YOU will get NO SYMPATHY or EMPATHY from me. I have lost too many family members to people EXACTLY like YOU. DRUNKS who DRIVE!

I agree there are heartless! I've had a horrible experiences with this company don't do any business with this company horrible company.

I noticed one very interesting thing in your report, you don't say why you have this device. 

So first of all perhaps some explanation should be put in place.  The only reason a person would have this put on their car is if they had a Court Order that said they must.  Now, the only reason a Court Order would be issued is if the person was convicted of Drunk Driving.  So you can try and paint yourself as a totally innocent person in this, but you can't hide from the fact that yes you are in fact a criminal.

Oh but you say this doesn't matter for your "complaint"..INCORRECT.  When you accuse a company of hurting your family, one must go back and look at the cause.

In your report you talk about how THEY don't care about your daughter missing her doctors appointment, or your fiance mising work, or even about your father who has cancer.  Well guess what...neither do you.  Because if you truly did care about them, you would NOT have put yourself in the situation where you got behind the wheel when you were drunk.

In fact you should be thankful that you didn't actually KILL someone because instead of worrying about having your car towed you would be worrying who's "boy toy" you would be for the night in prision.

Too rough for you, as let me guess "You learned from your mistake and you will never do it again".  Yea, well since you don't even seem to think you did anything wrong I somehow will guess that the moment that that device comes off of your car you will be back to the old ways that got it put on in the first place.

So no I have no sympathy for you, however I do have sympathy for your family for what YOU have put them through.  I also have sympathy for the good citizens of Colorado who have to share the road with you.

Oh and by the way, it is good that they offer to pay for any tows that they caused.  However, if the tow company doesn't give you a receipt how is it this companies fault?
