Complaint Review: Smart Tint

I ordered the Smart Tint product without adhesive and the salesman checked off "with adhesive" on the shop order and claimed that since I signed off that I was responsible.  That may be true, but I specifically told him without adhesive and he said, "since you are putting the material between two pieces of glass you don't need it and that will work better." 

I assumed that we had that point understood and I did not review the shop order thoroughly because we came to verbal understanding, my mistake.  Bottom line is that they refused to make the situation right and told me that I could order another piece at a reduced cost-big of them.
