Complaint Review: Smart travel and incentives

Scam alert! Whatever pitch you sat thru in order to receive a "free" cruise thru this company, is the easiest thing you'll have to endure. Throw away the paperwork they gave you. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these people. We filled out every piece of paperwork accurately and precisely, we sent money orders via certified mail, we sent in cruise vouchers on time... When we finally received our cruise info, we discovered that all our taxes, port charges, fees, and ship surcharges are more expensive than if you book your cruise online yourself. How can a "FREE" cruise thru them be more expensive than a cruise I can book myself?? Someone is stuffing their pockets with OUR $. I'm waiting for my refund, and I'm contacting the better business bureau and carnival cruise lines in the mean time.
