Complaint Review: Smart Travel & Incentives Inc.

I received a voucher for round trip airfare and a 2 night stay at a hotel following a Direct Buy membership presentation. 

There are many catches. One significant issue is their definition of using 'major' airport for travel.  If your airport is not listed on nationsonline.org as a major airport, then you have to get to one of those major airports to use your voucher.

Keep in mind that you will have to pay $150 per person to take your trip from the major airport and you will have to have a pretty open schedule to comply with their timing requirements.  Also, your hotel HAS to be in the city that you land in.

I suppose 'Smart' Travel and Incentives are hoping that most people won't bother once they read the fine print such that they minimize their losses (while they collect their cut from their customer Direct Buy).  In that respect, their 'smart' business model works.
