Complaint Review: Smart Zip

First let me say Smart Zip is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! I have been using Smart Zip since March. They don't have a way to try the program they only walk you through a demo. So when the salesperson told me there was a 12 month contract I said I was not interested. He proceeded to tell me they would be willing to cancel and work with me if I was unhappy, so I went ahead and signed up. I have been working my neighborhood hard and haven't received a single interested person in my smart zip neighborhood. They send out postcards to my top 10%, I advertise on social media, I door drop, I held a community event, I send handwritten notecards in bright envelopes and so much more. I have had much success with other programs and leads but nothing with Smart Zip. I've been trying to cancel my service and they will not let me... This is directly from their email "2 final payments as a cancellation fee and you'd be removed from all further financial responsibilities to us." DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY MAKE IT SOUND GOOD AND THE VIDEO LOOKS GOOD BUT IT'S NOT.
