Complaint Review: smartbuy car sales

Do not buy from this so called dealer. I purchased an 04 dodge 2500 4x4 diesel. It was listed on ebay number #220597328637 seller smatbuycarsales2008 . Buy it now was in listing. I emailed for condition recieved reply all was good. Damage listed in carfax was repaired completly, called and talked to Frank Osorio listed as general manager and also asked him the condition, he said it was good his mechanics went over everything. On arrival It was not repaired. The bed and underside had just been spray painted. I think to cover things. Glass in cab from rear window. backup lights did not work. One Miss-matched tire on truck, dent in passenger door frame, nothing shown in pictures, he had many on ebay all looked good. Decided we could deal with this and took truck. Found cruise control did not work, paid 1100.00 for tires and could not align truck. Needed 2900.00 in front end work. Front drive shaft was missing. called frank he seemed concerned said most was normal wear and tear but would check into the driveshaft and said he would get back to me. That was the last I heard from him. Found damage from accident was going to cost 1200.00 with aftermarket parts. There is still something wrong with the truck it wonders, have not been able to check out 4 wheel drive waiting for dealer to get driveshaft bolts.  Frank is not honest and downright lies. His pictures do not show the true condition of truck. Do not buy from smartbuy car sales. You will hate yourself.
