This company charged my credit card after I had cancelled my free trial subscription within the alloted trial period per their terms. They tried to say I didn't cancel in time and that the day I signed up counted as my first day but they give you eight just in case (in which case I was still within the trial period.) I pointed this out and was ignored.

I kept emailing complaining and asking for a refund and finally someone said they could maybe give me half my money back. I told them this was not acceptable since I cancelled within the trial period and per their terms. They didn't charge me until several days later and I should never have been charged in the first place. They refused to give me my money back. I contacted my credit union and they did a chargeback.

Now I just got a letter in the mail saying they're fighting the chargeback. Their reasons were I never tried to contact them (I did more than 4 times before contacting my credit union) and that I had not returned merchandise. I never received any merchandise. I had a free trial subscription (that was cancelled). I never ordered anything nor was shipped anything nor received anything. To my knowledge they don't even sell anything! Avoid this company at all costs!
