SmartDoc, Greg Caminiti rip-off Tampa Florida
After being recruited to type medical transcription, this "mental case, control freak" owner refuses to pay me for my work. He states my bill was "inflated". when I typed over 2,300 lines and worked 19.75 hours in excess of typing. He was constatnly on the phone to me, not allowing me to do my job, and changed his "mind" at each call as to what to do. He kept telling me he would "make it worth my while", which was the biggset line of bull yet. If you get a call from this guy for employment HANG UP!!

Our company pays every employee in full. When employees overcharge us or overstate their qualifications, we still pay them in full, then fire them.

This particular employee professes to be a "biker" who would take off for long periods of time, being totally out of touch and leaving us only to wonder what was happening to the work we assigned to her. Our policy is that whenever a biker leaves the job for long periods of time, we reassign the work to a non-biker, and pay the person who actually does the work.
This site is apparently a dumping ground for people to seek revenge, with no verification whatsoever of the truthfulness of the allegations.
Any idividual wishing to work for our company is free to ask for a list of current or past employees. To my knowledge, we have never, ever, left a bill unpaid. This person who goes by the name of J' was also paid in full.
