SmartFax Unable to Cancel, Had to Dispute Charges to Stop Autobilling , Internet

Signed up for free trial in February, never really used service so can't speak to reliability, started trying to cancel in mid-July.  They have a 'Cancel' button on their website, takes you to a screen to input your account info, and then you get a message saying the the 'Process failed, please call us at (877) 762-7815 to complete this request'.  I call, push prompt for Customer Service/Sales, listen to hold music for over fifteen minutes, hang up in frustration.  Repeated this process five times over the last month, have never gotten a working web page or a person that answers phone.  Disputing charges with credit card provider at this point since I can't cancel any other way.  Definitely do not recommend signing up for their 'free' trial, because you will probably not ever be able to cancel with them.
