smartibuy.com Sent me defective DVD pack, will not return e-mails or uphold return policy Internet

I ordered a set of DVD's and recieved it after about 3-weeks. Eacg disc I tried to use was defective in someway. I contacted the customer service e-mail address, waited for a response. It took more than a week to get a response and was told to try it in another player and if that did not work to send a list of the discs that did not work and they would replace them. I responded and said please give me the address to return the set, it was unreasonable to ask me to try each disc, I wanted to return whole se. Another 2 weeks went buy, same response, send list of defective discs and they would replace. At this point I responded that I no longer wanted a replacement as I was not happy with my transaction and did not want a second set from the same vendor ( Peoples republic of China) I said that if they did not honor they"re return policy I would file a complaint and send one to my credit card company also. I have not gotten a response to that e-mail. I read previous reports from this site, same scenerio!!!
