On 08/31/2016 I entered a lease contract with Smart Pay Lease, Inc. My lease covers 2 replacement phones during the life of the contract; however, if the phone is paid off early, this replacement is null and void (happened with my last lease last year). That being said, I paid the insurance deductible on 1/20/17 and was told it was on back order and I should receive a phone in 2 weeks. After I had not heard back from them, I tried to call and email but received the same BS story each time that they had no anticipated date. Here it is 6 weeks later and they will not only give me a status update but they won't upgrade my phone. I have made more than a dozen calls but a human only answered twice and gave me zero assistance. I have sent more than 2 dozen emails and I either get ignored or they tell me they have no clue what the replacement date is. I am tired of getting the runaround and do not know who can help me? They're saying I have to pay the lease even though it's broken. I have until 3/7 or it voids the contract. Thoughts?
