SMARTSAVINGS.COM reinstated unauthorized charges to my bank account of $1 a month one year after I had effectively cancelled it. My bank USAA states they can not stop the automated deductions so this company will continue to charge me. I plan to close my account and cancel all credit cards if I am unsuccessful at getting SMARTSAVINGS to stop what they are doing.
