Immediately after purchasing a DVD, I realized that it was a scam to initiate a monthly charge on my debit card, so I called and went through the whole 20 minute process to cancel the membership. The DVD came as ordered, but the $1 membership charge was never reversed. This month, the $1 charge appeared again, so I called again, and the "to cancel membership, press 4" option on the info-bot telephone reception was met by "you have pressed an invalid selection", so I went through the billing department at option 3. It was a 15 minute wait, and the live person who eventually came on said that they are extremely busy and someone will respond by email in the next 24 to 48 hours because of their high call volume (imagine that...probably not satisfied customers calling to order more products, I am sure). This is a major scam and it should be shut down by somebody!
