Complaint Review: SmartSavingsCenter.com/www.hotmoviesale.com

Ordered some movies off of www.hotmoviesale.com had received all but one was sent an email saying that it was out of stock. Did not knowingly sign up for any membership with smartsavingscenter.com!

They have billed my banking account for about $15. Went to my bank and they told us that they have had a lot of problems with this company and customers coming in and calling about being charged for something that they did not authorize.

Found address for smartsavingscenter.com on an invoice we got for a movie back on 2/22/08. Address is listed above.

Was online looking up to see what other people have said about this company and came across http://www.bizbuysell.com/listing-information-q381381.html that they are trying to sell the company.

It's not smart savings if you are being charged a membership fee that you didn't know about!
