Evidently this company uses numerous different names and web addresses to sell multiple online products.
I needed a book and went online to search for that book and went to hotbooksales.com and purchased the book for $11.00 with free shipping. A month later I checked my bank account and noticed a $9.95 charge to my account from discountbooksales.com. I went online to find out what this was all about and after much research found out this was the same company I had ordered the $11.00 book from. Evidently I was signed up for a monthly membership. When I purchased the book there was no where on the website or the order form that stated I was being enrolled as a monthly member and that it would be $9.95 a month. I found an 800 number that stated to call to cancel. The number was invalid. I then called the order number and the individual did cancel my membership but would not offer to give back the unauthorized charge of $9.95.
