Just want to tell someone that smartsavingscenter.com makes in about impossible to cancel. I ordered one movie one time at a good price. I usually look for membership things, but ok, this one got by me. The first time I noticed it in February, there was about a $29 membership fee, and a $1.00 fee. I asked them to cancel and refund, they refunded the membership fee, but not the $1.00. The next month I was charged ANOTHER $1.00. I called and cancelled the membership AGAIN. This month, there were TWO charges for $1.00 on my credit card statement.

I called again today, after being disconnected once, and calling back and finally getting a person, was told that I signed up for two different memberships - guess it took 3 months to start billing the second membership for whatever it was. I have demanded that they refund $3.00 to my card.

I will wait to see if they do. This is just the kind of business that gives internet purchasing a bad name. If I accidentally missed the membership stuff on my original purchase, that is my fault, but to continue to charge after it has been cancelled twice is insane.
