My problem was I signed up to register to buy a book on hotbooksale.com. Next thing I new the smart saving center was charging me 29.95 for a membership.The people at smart savings are unwilling to refund my money. I spoke with my bank to dispute this and there is nothing I can do. My bank tells me even though there was no explanation of an 29.95 fee , I was still aware there was a membership and I had seven day to cancel. So I'm out quite a bit of money, and I will never buy anything on line again.
