SmartSavingsCenter Made unauthorized charges to my bank account after I tried to purchase a DVD from hotmoviesale.com. This charge was not explained or disclosed. Email received telling me the DVD I wanted was out-of-stock and my order was cancelled. Boca Raton Florida
This has to be the worst experience of my life. Simply tried to buy a couple of DVD's never realizing I was giving information to a phisher and scammer! Evidently, hotmoviesale.com is owned by smartsavingscenter.com for the sole purpose of ripping off unsuspecting people on the internet. The sites look very professional, nothing to tip you off. Setup to look kind of like Amazon but that's where the similarities end. When you try to call their toll free number to get information about the charges, you are put on hold (I waited for over 30 min one time) and no one ever takes your call. I had to go to my bank and fill out and dispute form against the charge, as I had never even heard of SmartSavingsCenter or agreed to pay them any fees. BEWARE!!!!
