I ordered their product on Dec. 13th, and by the end of December called their 800# was told my an automated person that their customer service line was down and to use their customer service website.  Submitted three tickets with no reponse, found another email address, hear back, and told they would get back with me ASAP regarding the where abouts of the product, that was over a week ago.  Emailed again, with no reponse again. -  Hum!  -  Do not order from this ripoff.
