Buyers beware, SmartSubs has relaunched their site as DealPal. The site appears to have the same shady business practice of requiring a subscription sign-up in order to purchase.
SmartSubs lost their affiliate relationship with both their outsourced program management and Google Affiliate Network for non-payment.
Both companies are seeking legal recourse to recoup their fees.
