Complaint Review: SmartSubs

I was looking for an ac adapter for my laptop, I found a good price at Smartsubs and was told that to get the part I would have to subscribe to a service and could cancel at anytime. I started the process and was then rejected for the service I wanted to subscribe to. Instead of accepting their "substitute" service I closed the window without finishing the order. The next day I had a charge to my credit card for the product that I never confirmed I ordered! I called them the next day during their stated regular business hours and got a machine. I have yet to get a response from them.
