Ditto re. the first report. They will not honour their 30 day refund guarantee. The .dll repair I hoped for was not done, the free offer accompanying software would not not load, 'fatal error', and there was no noticeable improvement in my laptop's performance. Also, once it had done all it's registry repairs, I got another free scan from a similar 'fix your registry' offer which found a further 100 or so errors. Methinks this is a complete waste of money, they're hoping we're too dumb to know what's going on, using our fear of 'errors' existing in our computers all highlighted in alarming red. Do not fall for this ripoff like I did.......
