It is ironic that someone finally posted about this website on a this website. I have been praying to God for months about the dirty scam website owner. A website intentionally trying to cause people to commit suicide, lose their jobs, and destroy relationships, and other negative harm.

If you look at dirty scam com alexa ranking, it posts these false posts in spurts. It started in September of 2016, then January of 2017, then April of 2017. In the beginning of April of 2017, dirtyscam.com apparently went to rip------.com and took posts from that website to draw traffic to their website. Isn't this a copyright violation? In addition to being a copyright violation, it is causing the person additional mental harm. The information not only is on one website but now dirtyscam is posting the false information all over the internet.

Dirty-----.com is website that was purchased from godaddy.com in Septmber of 2016. It posts false complaints and steals false complaints from websites to try to increase traffic to their website.

Dirty-----.com has no listed owner. But after extensive research and the registration with Godaddy.com I have found the owner to be Vikram Parmar,  facebook dot com  / smartvmp .   They have an anonymous registrant out of San Francisco under Cloudflare but cooperation from Godaddy gave the registraint.  The site is trying to generate adsense (adwords) ads by allowing people to post knowingly false complaints about people and you have no way to sue the owner or contact the owner because the owner is hiding his identity. Basically, this site is trying to do to Rip----off----report.com what Walmart did to Kmart, essentially come in and steal their business model and then take over the defamation market on the internet.

Godaddy will allow any website to post any lie about any person. Cloudflare is known for allowing defamatory and abusive posts and, when you complain, Cloudfare will tell the website owner your name and contact information.

When you see something on dirty------.com, realize that it was posted by the owner of the website to draw traffic to the website. When they post the complaint, then someone comes behind them and posts more complaints all in an effort to draw traffic to the website. The website has no legitimate purpose other than to generate traffic hits in an attempt to sell the website for a high price or to generate ad dollars.

It is clear who the owner of the dirty scam website is at this time, Vikram Parmar of India,  smartvmp.

AHMEDABAD: Central Bureau of Investigation arrested two men - Rajusingh Mallik alias Rajeev and Vikram Parmar - for allegedly conducting fraudulent 'recruitments' in the name of the CBI. After their arrest, a special CBI team from Delhi produced the duo in a local court, which granted transit remand on Monday. CBI booked Mallik and Parmar for criminal conspiracy, cheating and under Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act.
According to case details, Mallik who is a coaching centre owner, and Parmar, a final-year BTech student, are accused of amassing huge amounts of money by duping job aspirants. They allegedly started a recruitment racket offering jobs by using a fake website 'www.cbirecindia.com', which is identical to the official CBI website, and advertised jobs ranging from sweeper to inspector in the central agency.
This website was created by using a proxy server to conceal the identity of the domain registrant, the CBI has alleged in its FIR. Through advertisements, the duo demanded a minimum application fee of Rs 250 for a sweeper's job, while the highest was for the inspector - Rs 1,500. Applicants were asked to deposit the money in a bank account. CBI came to know about the scam and registered a case on March 3. CBI stated that searches were conducted at Ahmedabad and resulted in the recovery of several documents, including digital evidence linking the accused with the hosting of the fake website and receipt of money.
