Complaint Review: Smartzip

I spent over $8000 with Smartzip and not a single cent of returned investment..........$8000 down the drain. The postcards are kind of annoying to people and don't get any positive response.......you are better off just farming an entire area, not spending money on the predictive marketing. Don't waste your money on this!

Also we had our list of "probable sellers" analysed. Guess what? 27 of them were real estate agents and lenders! 


I didn't get anything out of this. What a joke.
