Complaint Review: SMC - Specialty Merchandise Corporation

I contacted SMC for information on their product because of Tom Bosley. I received a phone call, and spoke with a man who used very poor English. As we were talking I went to ripoff report to enter their name. I said to the guy, did you know that your company has over 200 complaints. He said I was wrong, and I told him the names used and he said no that is not us, we are Special Merchandise Corporation. Ummmm...that is basically the same thing!!! I told the guy I needed to go, and then he hung up on me. Thanks ripoff report, you saved me from a slick talking scam artist!! Love you!!!
