SMG Corp. (Stone Mountain Gravel) ordered and received, and received transportation services from Landstar Transportation without loss or damage in the amount of $4298.39. They were sent to collections then wrote an NSF check for 1/2 of the balance. It was November 2013 when the hot check was received, Now they will not reply to phone messages or email demands for payment.
Shelly Corkran, is the check signer, and President. Not only have they not paid the bill, they wrote a hot check, and are refusing to pay. They have made numerous broken promises to pay, but at first they promised to pay via bank wire, but quit communicating in February.
