SMI Imaging Quoted one price, billed another Tempe, Az
Had a Sonogram done March 3, 2017 in Tempe, Az. Was billed at time of service $117.22. Received an additional billing in April for $141.00, a difference of $23.78. I was never told that the fees could change.
I filed a BBB complaint and received no answer. I will pay the difference and will file suit for the $23.78.
Does anyone know who the registered agent for SMI is in Arizona?
